FAQ’s

Instructions

1. Pairing to your hearing aids: Ensure the device is fully charged before first use. To connect a new pair of hearing aids to the EduMic, ensure the device is turned off. Turn both hearing aids off (this can be done by opening the battery door if non-rechargeable). Turn on the EduMic by holding the main button until the LED lights are illuminated. Turn your hearing aids on (you can do this by closing the battery doors).  It will now search for your hearing aids (the LED indicator will turn solid green, then begin to flash blue). Ensure your hearing aids are placed no further than 8 inches away from the device.
2. Confirmation: Once your hearing aids are paired, the second LED will turn to a solid green light again. You can now begin streaming audio to your hearing aids.
