Professionally programmed By Our Audiologists

Hear Care Direct’s HCPC certified BSHAA-registered audiologists will professionally program your hearing aids based on your hearing test results and fine-tune them to your personal preference. This ensures your hearing aids are perfectly matched to your hearing profile, better comfort, safe listening levels and the clearest possible speech.

Delivery & Returns

On receipt of your order, our audiologist will contact you for your audiogram (hearing test) and medical history. On receipt, we will then program your hearing aids and ship them out to you. We use Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by Royal Mail.

We typically dispatch hearing aids within 5 – 10 days, after you have placed your order.

We provide a straight-forward no quibble 30 day returns policy, which begins once you receive your hearing aids.

All hearing aids are provided with the manufacturers warranty, which is usually 5 years!
