We understand there are often questions and queries in relation to purchasing hearing aid accessories. 

We have compiled a list of common FAQ’s to help resolve your query quickly.

If you order before 12pm we will aim to ship your order the same day. Our shipping estimates are:

Standard Delivery 2 – 3 working days

Express Delivery 1 – 2 working days

If you have not received your order and it is outside of the estimated shipping window, please send us an email at support@hearcaredirect.co.uk and one of the team will address your concern within 24 hours.

You can pay through Stripe with a Debit or Credit card or;

You can pay with your Paypal account.

You can also pay through Paypal without an account using your Debit or Credit card.

Sometimes payments get refused and often for lots of different reasons including:

  1. Not enough funds
  2. Incorrect name or address
  3. Bank security protocols

If you do receive a failure through Stripe, please try using Paypal. You can pay through Paypal without an account using your Debit or Credit card or with a Paypal Account.

Yes! All of our products are brand new and genuine products. Hear Care Direct are an authorised distributor for all the brands we sell.

The products we sell are exactly the same as the ones you would purchase from an audiologist or hearing clinic – but generally at more competitive prices.

We purchase official, brand new, genuine products directly from the official manufacturers (such as Phonak, GN Resound, Signia, Widex, Oticon etc) in large quantities and instead of adding a huge markup, we pass the discount to our customers.

Our products are exactly the same as what you would purchase from an audiologist or hearing clinic.

Free shipping is provided for purchases over £30 and will be shown at the checkout.

Yes! We can ship your goods to most countries outside the UK on HearCareDirect.co.uk. When you enter your country and mailing address at the checkout, shipping will default to International.
